About Share PLM

We are a young, energetic company that works between two main disciplines. On the one hand, we provide consulting services primarily related to Product Lifecycle Management. On the other hand, we facilitate businesses’ digital transformation journeys through eLearning training development.

Our company is Spanish but our customers are spread out across Europe and the US. Our team is made up of a diverse group of nationalities with our team members living in different countries in Europe. At the moment we have no physical offices, so we work 100% remotely. The good thing about working remotely? You have the flexibility to create your own work schedule and adapt your hours to your lifestyle. The bad? You have to have your morning coffee alone (or at least virtually!).

Your responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends and competitors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Work independently in a startup environment.

  • Have extensive experience as a Sales expert in the corporate software industry.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Are self-driven and can find your ways in a small company.
  • Feel comfortable working remotely in a startup culture.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Are great at building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs.
  • Are willing to travel to client offices when needed.
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Are a fluent communicator in English.
  • Have knowledge of PLM software, change management, digital transformation, communication plans, and e-learning development is a plus.
