Hej! My name is Otilia Cosma, and I’m part of Share PLM as a Digital Transformation Consultant. With a background in project management and tech, I’m naturally driven by structure, innovation, and continuous improvement. I bring that energy into everything from optimizing processes and supporting digital initiatives to collaborating closely with the teams I work with.
Outside of work, I love staying active through sports, getting lost in a good book, catching films at the cinema, experimenting with ceramics, exploring the world through photography, taking my dog Leo with me everywhere, and always planning my next trips. I thrive on new challenges and never stop learning, which keeps me motivated both personally and professionally.
