UNDERSTAND

The House of Change Framework

Most transformation initiatives focus on technology and typically overstep the people involved.
People can make or break a digital transformation, so why do so many companies seem to ignore this critical ingredient?

Developing a change enablement strategy requires context and careful planning.
The first step is to
measure the temperature to understand user feelings and perceived challenges.

WHY A CHANGE STRATEGY?

People must embrace and support any change effort for it to succeed. A Change Strategy is a clear plan to bring your people on board and:

  • Align change initiatives with strategic goals and priorities
  • Bridge the gap between readiness and implementation

WHEN DO YOU NEED A CHANGE STRATEGY?

You need a change strategy when new systems or processes are met with resistance, training efforts feel fragmented or miss their mark, and teams struggle to move from project-driven delivery to truly user-focused ways of working.

It becomes essential when collaboration across departments is limited, governance is unclear, or ownership is diffused.

A change strategy is also critical when organizations adopt new problem-solving approaches but experience slow or inconsistent adoption, putting long-term value and engagement at risk.
