Identify the PLM initiative’s core values and visualize the future of the organization, including the potential risks and challenges

We will craft a simple yet powerful storyline that can help secure the commitment and alignment that the company will need to get the organization to transform

Curate a compelling elevator pitch to equip the core team with so that they can bring the company’s PLM vision to life for the users.

OCM STRATEGY

Prepare a OCM strategy combining the 3 key pillars of change enablement: training, communications and UX Experience.
