Share PLM started with a simple truth I saw in every big PLM project.
The technology is rarely the problem.

When users aren’t onboarded from day one, even the best systems fail.
I saw it over and over again.
Most initiatives begin with tech and forget the humans behind it.
Eight years ago, we decided to change that.
We built the company we wished existed.
A people-first PLM partner.
Today, Share PLM is a women-led team focused on adoption, learning, UX, and communication.
We help organizations bring people along, build confidence, and make change feel possible.
Because in the end, technology should serve people.
Not the other way around.
Share PLM began with a clear insight from its founder, Helena Gutierrez. She realized that PLM only works when people are brought in from day one. So she created Share PLM to make that vision real.
Soon after, she brought in her long-time friend and former co-worker Beatriz Gonzalez. Beatriz had years of experience in PLM implementations too and shared the same belief: PLM only works when people understand it and feel supported.
Together, they built the foundations of Share PLM.
A few years later, Cristina Jimenez joined them. With her, the team grew stronger and the mission became even clearer.
Organizational change is not optional in PLM. PLM changes how people work. It impacts roles, routines, and confidence.
People need support from day one.
Today, Share PLM is a team specialized in change management for PLM. We come from the PLM world. We understand the systems, the data, the processes. But we also care deeply about people, learning, and transformation.
